Addiah’s Sanctuary: Community of Hope
Addiah’s Sanctuary is the heart of our 40-acre vision in Humboldt County, Nevada. It is not designed to be another temporary response. It is a step-by-step community pathway where people can stabilize, heal, learn, work, save, graduate, and move toward independent living.

Why We Founded Bridge & Beyond
Bridge & Beyond Inc. was founded in 2010 by Chamorra and Dontel Johnson with a shared belief that every person deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity.
What began with Christmas Eve meals for people experiencing homelessness and hardship taught us something important: emergency assistance matters, but lasting change requires more than meeting one immediate need.
People need a connected pathway that includes housing, healthcare, education, employment, transportation, food security, advocacy, and dependable support.
The vision may have first been placed on Chamorra’s heart, but it has reached this point because both of us chose to carry it. Bridge & Beyond is not the work of one person. It is the result of a shared commitment to serve others with compassion, faith, integrity, and purpose.
Together, we are building Addiah’s Sanctuary: Community of Hope, a community designed to help individuals and families stabilize, heal, learn, work, and move toward lasting independence.
