Addiah’s Sanctuary: Community of Hope

From Raw Nevada Desert to a Blueprint for Human Dignity

40 acres. 250 residents. One complete pathway to independence.

In Humboldt County, Nevada, Bridge & Beyond Inc. is preparing to build more than housing. We are building a place where people can stabilize, heal, learn, work, save, graduate, and move toward independent living with dignity.

40 Total Acres

One coordinated community vision rooted in dignity, restoration, opportunity, and independence.

250 Resident Capacity Goal

Lives that can be stabilized, supported, trained, prepared, and empowered to move forward.

28 Nonprofit Campus Acres

Housing, health, education, workforce development, agriculture, safety, and community support.

12 Next-Step Development Acres

Independent living, transportation, employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term stability.

This is not a shelter. This is a pathway.

Addiah’s Sanctuary begins with raw land, but the vision is complete. Homelessness cannot be solved by simply offering a bed. Lasting change requires safety, structure, healing, accountability, education, opportunity, employment, transportation, food security, and a real next step. This campus is being designed to walk with people from crisis to independence.
Proposed Master Plan

Phase I | 6-8 Acres

The Beginning: Stability Village

Stability Village is the first safe place for individuals and families entering Addiah’s Sanctuary. It is designed to provide structured housing, meals, assessment, case management, and the quiet dignity of a place to breathe.

It is not intended to warehouse people. It is intended to stabilize people, restore hope, and prepare residents for the next step in their journey.

Phase I | 2 Acres

The Heart: Community Center

The Community Center becomes the daily heartbeat of the campus. Shared meals, chapel and gathering space, laundry, childcare, volunteer support, administrative services, and community connection come together here.

This is where people stop feeling invisible and begin feeling connected, supported, and part of a community again.

Phase II | Food + Work + Sustainability

The Work: Agriculture Village

Agriculture is more than food production. It is training, responsibility, healing, land stewardship, and sustainability. Greenhouses, gardens, orchards, and livestock can help feed the campus while teaching residents practical skills.

Those skills can become pathways into employment, entrepreneurship, food systems, agriculture, and long-term community self-sufficiency.

The Next Chapter: Independent Living

Bridge Communities LLC is not the beginning stage of housing. It is the next step after stabilization and preparation. It is where residents can continue building income, savings, credit, responsibility, and long-term housing stability.

This side of the vision is about transition continuing, independence growing, and dependency ending.

We are not building around homelessness. We are building a way out of it.

Addiah’s Sanctuary is designed to restore dignity through a real pathway: safe housing, healing, learning, work, savings, graduation, independent living, and legacy.

Two connected communities. One mission.
